We also offer paid packages at a cost if you are looking for premium features to sell your home quicker or more efficiently.

How Soon Can I Get My Property Listed?
Immediately! There's no waiting period. Simply register to our site and begin filling out the information about your property in our easy to use submission section.

Can I Make Changes to My Listing?
Yes, you can make changes to your listing at anytime and these are posted to our site immediately.  There is absolutely no charge to make changes and you have an unlimited amount of revisions.

How Can I Determine How Much to List My Home For?

One thing you can do is try to find out what other homes around your neighborhood are listed for or have sold for or find similar homes in your class. Of course you have to compare overall features, square footage, etc. but that should give you a starting point. How Do Showings Get Scheduled?

When a potential buyer has viewed your listing and want to request a showing, they can do so in two ways.  Your contact information will be placed in the listing in which they can call you directly at the number you have listed or they will submit an email inquiry with information about the showing.

If I Find A Buyer, What's the Next Step?

Once a buyer has made an offer that you are willing to accept, the next step is to have both parties sign a Purchase Agreement that you can get from our site which is free in upgraded listing packages.  You can also have an attorney write up your own purchase agreement and any other additional paperwork they advise you. 

Can I Schedule Open Houses?

Yes, you can schedule an open house anytime you want and it will be posted on our site.  With our paid packages, you will also receive an open house sign for your yard along with a street directional sign for maximum exposure.

Do I Need to Work With A Realtor to Inquire About Homes Listed Here?

No, with BuildAListing.com, you can simply talk and work directly with the buyer for any of the listings you see on our site.  Typically you will be able to save money on purchasing a home directly from a buyer because they are not obligated to pay up to 6% commission to a realtor.

How Can I Request A Showing?

When you see a home that you are interested in, you can call the seller directly at the phone number listed on the page or fill out the contact form and the submission will be emailed to them instantly.

How Can I Make An Offer?

The best way to submit an offer for a property you want is to send the seller a written offer.  You can download general offer sheet from our website and fill in the necessary information and submit that to the seller.

What Happens if the Offer is Accepted?

The next step is to sign a Purchase Agreement that is typically provided by the seller.  You may want to contact your attorney to review the purchase agreement or for any additional advise or paperwork that needs to be completed for the purchase.
