We are selling our doublewide mobile home. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. There is over 1300 square feet of living space which includes a large living room, small den, large kitchen, large dining area, hallway, laundry room, and the 3 beds and 2 baths. It also has lots of closet space! There is a closet in the living room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, first bedroom. There are 2 closets in the next bedroom, and 3 closets in the master bedroom. It is an old home, built in 1979. There is some work that needs to be done, but nothing immediate. Actually, it does need a new roof sometime in the near future, as this last wind storm blew some of the shingles off of the roof. We just recently got new windows throoughout, and the hot water heater was having problems, but we repaired it. There was also some problems with leaky pipes under the house, and then under the kitchen sink, but again we replaced those items. When we fixed the pipes under the kitchen sink, we also got a new faucet. We have replaced carpet in two of the bedrooms, but they are the kids bedrooms so they could use a good cleaning.
