this house is located close to dewitt high school and needs lots of work i had bought the house for my own project but then found myself not having the time for the repairs its a 1200 sq ft house on a nice lot . Work to be done is a little bit of electrical work to finish up , the plumbing needs to be done it was cut off at the meter and down to the waste stack , there is a new furnace and central air unit which needs to be install as well as new duct work . there is also drywall and some siding to do if you are interested please email me at amosv24@gmail.com i will also be glad to email more photos back if needed .
