We are wanting to sell our home it is 3 beds 1 large bath! There is a full basement that we were going to finish and would be very easy and inexpensive!! No water leaks!! Needs carpet and paint or the had wood floors refinished! We curentlty are using large area rugs that could be left!! We have found its to small for our family! We have only lived here 6 monts and since have a very active 2yr old and 2 large labs that need a fenced yard! Have started to do a few things but havent gotten to everything! It would be a great home for a starter family or a single person! Nice nieghbors! Off street parking and single garage! Our utilties run with everything water electric and gas about 150 a month!
