We are selling our 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home in southwest Rock Island. It has an open floor plan, brand new floors in the livingroom down the hallway into the front bedroom. We replaced the carpeting with laminate hardwood. This home has two full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, and one off of the living room. Home also has full laundry room. The only areas of concern are the home needs new skirting, and two small holes in the master bedroom wall. We have replaced the screen door and re framed the whole front door, are replacing the screens throughout due to our children pushing them out. We enjoyed living here but have since outgrown this home and are looking for something bigger. The lot next to the home has been vacant for well over two years and they are unable to put another mobile home in due to space issues, so there is a full empty yard for kids to play.
