Must be moved- Home is sitting on private property that is in foreclosure.
Currently located outside of Ainsworth, IA: approx. 7 miles from Washington, IA.
Partially renovated- new flooring throughout, new paneling in bathroom and part of bedroom, new kitchen sink, some new light fixtures (not all were replaced yet), freshly painted, electrical is less than 5 years old. Supplies included to be able to finish bathtub surround. Would need a new toilet and sink in the bathroom. Roof has small leak in smaller bedroom, minimal damage to ceiling.
No appliances included. Some furniture included.
Larger bedroom was last used as an office. Smaller bedroom was last used as a darkroom. Laundry hook-ups in bathroom.
Water, electric, gas lines are still connected, and would need disconnected by buyer to move. However, all 3 are currently off. One axle was removed when the trailer was put in place, so it would also need reconnected to move. Skirting included (2 untouched sheets avai.). Would also need tires (some mobile home movers will rent these at a very small cost.) I know a reputable mover in the area if interested.
Will be available for viewing afternoon of Sunday Feb. 15th and morning of Monday Feb. 16th only.
