My wife and I bought this house in 1968. It was built by a friend of the family in 1949. It is officially a two bedroom house, but when our daughters occupied the two bedrooms on the main floor, my wife and I used the bedroom in the basement with two giant walk-in closets and a 3/4 bathroom (shower but no tub). We gutted and remodeled the kitchen and bathroom this past winter. Weve redone every room in our forty years here, and we love this house -- but we have a new grandson in Chicago, so we are moving to a condo there to be near our family.
