Im selling my trailer for cheap. it is a nice trailer but my family has out grown it. we are selling it as is for what we owe on our loan 13,000. the trailer appraised 2 1/2 years ago at 16,900. it is 3 bedrooms 2 bath, one bathroom is kinda broken. hardwood floors, newer carpet, new appliances that all stay, nice stainless steal fridge. washer and dryer stay. the only things wrong with it is the bathroom and the dry wall on either side of the front door my dog chewed on, they are easy to fix.the backyard is huge and fenced in.
