We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that was completely remodeled top to bottom in 2010. It has new wiring, new windows, new roof, new furnace and central air unit, new carpet throughout as well as new tile in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and entry areas. It is a couple of blocks from the grade school as well as a couple of blocks from the city pool and park.
Bellevue is a wonderful community about 25 minutes from Dubuque. The public schools are good, with small class sizes and there are always things to do in the community to keep you busy!
