I came here from the QC area, and this CANNOT be beat!
We have a nice home , wood floors, basement, oil furnace, mountian setting. The home is well built and has a full length porch. We would like atleast 5,000 down, BUT if you have things to trade toward the 5,000 we wil accpet that as well (as long as we can resell or want them). The house will only cost you 39,900.00. WHY rent when you can buy? Dont throw away your dreams during this time of depression in the economy. If you just want to rent with no option to buy we will ask 450.00 per month, and you must have the first and last months rent due upfront.
We live next door, and we plant a garden, you have room there to do the same, it has over 1/2 acre and is a beautiful setting full of nature, and a great place for retired people or young couples, with chidren or without.
NOTE***** This home needs cleaning, painting etc. we have been working on that, its livable now. It also has an upstairs where two more bedrooms could be placed, and another bathroom.
