I have 10 1/2 acres of prime land for building, hunting, fishing, privacy in Wisconsin. It is 5 minutes from Dubuque, across the Wisconsin bridge, right off the the 4 lane, but hidden by the trees. It is partly wooded with a cabin and stocked pond in the wooded area. The rest is fairly flat with a large new 36 x 50 building on it, that I use for a shop and storage. The shop is heated with wood (which there is plenty of wood on the property). also has a cement floor. Large overhead doors plus walk in doors and windows. I havent sided either the shop or cabin, but have shingled both roofs. There isnt a well or septic on the property because if you build you need to know where you want to put the house first. Electric is on the property, but not hooked up. I just lowered the price. It is a beautiful piece of property for a house with trees bordering two sides, woods on one side, large gate to get into property. Plenty of room for all your boy toys, horses, dogs, etc. I wanted to build my own house on the property but my wife wants to stay on the West End of Dubuque.
